Project Manager

Amanda is an energetic project leader with over 10 years of experience in team development and project management.

She is recognized for her ability to establish effective communication channels to deliver exceptional project performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key themes of Amanda’s dynamic career include a fast-paced, gritty approach and a “make it work” mentality across multiple small businesses and startups.

Prior to joining NomadX, Amanda spent four years at Plenty Inc. in Laramie, WY, where she led projects in a biotech start-up environment, acting as the connective tissue between scientists, engineering, and operations. Her servant leadership and agile style enabled her to create an effective new crop program and navigate multiple strategic changes, viewing them as opportunities to enhance efficiency, drive strategic alignment, and achieve outcome excellence.

Amanda has made significant contributions to the growth and success of projects with the National Park Service, a boutique yurt manufacturing company, a family-owned restaurant, and even ran her own tree-planting business in partnership with the US Forest Service.

Active in her communities, she is passionate about promoting safety, sustainability, and women's representation in agriculture and technology.
