Senior Chemist

Dr. Preety Ahuja is an accomplished research scientist with extensive expertise in electrochemical energy-storage, sensing, and nanomaterial synthesis.

She holds a PhD in Synthesis and Physiochemical characterization and a Master’s degree in Chemistry. She played a pivotal role in developing a portable microfluidic sensing prototype for water quality monitoring, for which she holds a U.S. patent. Her research also features the cutting-edge design of a skin-compliant CO₂ transcutaneous sensor, which was developed through a rigorous prototype fabrication process to enhance comfort and accuracy in non-invasive monitoring. This work is complemented by the successful execution of IRB-approved clinical trials. Additionally, Dr. Ahuja possesses experience in designing flexible energy storage devices. Dr. Ahuja has accumulated over 1000 citations, reflecting her significant influence on scientific innovation.
