Richard has worked in product design and development for over 20 years across various industries, including consumer products, medical devices and alternative power solutions. He has extensive experience in rapid prototyping, design for manufacturability, leading design teams and managing all phases of product development, from initial concept to final production.

Richard has spent the last 12 years developing medical products within diagnostics, drug delivery and imaging applications for companies such as Siemens Healthcare, Beckman Coulter, Becton Dickinson and Phillips IGTD.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia and multiple patents in medical devices and automated systems, underscoring his innovative contributions to the field.
